FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The clinic availability is released 3-4 months at a time. If you can’t see any bookings please keep an eye out for the next release dates.

  • If you can’t see a booking this means we are fully booked. Please check the last-minute availability tab on our website for any cancellation bookings.

  • Yes, please check the website every week for our latest cancellations. We also advertise cancellations on our IG @dr.kalyjaff

  • Yes, due to high demand we prioritise existing clients by closing the system to new registrations. However, please check the announcements on social media for when the registrations open up.

  • Yes, for dermal fillers you need to leave a minimum of two weeks between the treatments. If you have had an Aesthetic treatment, please wait 2 weeks before booking you vaccine. If you have had the vaccine, please leave two weeks before booking your next Aesthetic treatment.

    For Profound or Botox treatments please leave 48hrs between the treatments. If you are unclear or need to reschedule your booking please email info@drkalyjaff.co.uk.

  • Due to incredibly high demand it is not always possible to reschedule your booking. To check our availability, please choose the option called ‘manage my booking’. You can find this option in your confirmation email or by logging in.

  • This means we are fully booked. If you are not able to reschedule or attend your existing booking please cancel.

  • All deposits payments are non-refundable. If you are no longer able to make your booking we kindly ask that you reschedule. To do this please log into the booking system (click here) and choose the option ‘manage my reservation’. If you need to cancel entirely please log into the booking system and choose the option cancel.

  • Yes! However due to limited availability we recommend booking as separate treatments/appointments.
